Jose Carlos Bofill has been practicing in the area of Family Law since 1994. Mr. Bofill handles a variety of cases from the simple to complex. He also handles appeals in family law cases to the Third, Fourth, and Fifth District Court’s of Appeal in Florida. He concentrates his practice in sophisticated family law cases, including complex contested divorce litigation, custody disputes, paternity, alimony, domestic violence, equitable distribution of property, child support matters, and marital and premarital settlement agreements.
